At Yesrov, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the return window has expired

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@yesrov.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
